Thermal spray
coatings

 
NAVAMAR offers a wide range of metallic 
and ceramic coatings that can 
be applied to increase resistance and life expectancy of many equipments.  The company uses 
thermal spray processes: 
flame spray, wire arc.

The thermal spray process is 
used for two main purposes:

1. rebuilding the surface of worn
   parts (external and internal);

2. modifying the physical properties
   of surfaces to:

    

  • offer better protection
against corrosion, abrasion,
erosion, high temperatures,
oxidation and impact;

  • increase durability; 

  • ensure better control of 
electrical conductivity; 

  • enhance equipment productivity
and performance.
